Can I return a product for a refund?

We’re confident you’ll be delighted with your product, but if you need to return your order and would like a refund, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Personalised prints: We can't accept returns or offer exchanges on our custom/personalised prints as they are created uniquely to your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase in case the items are lost or damaged in transit. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Processing your refund
Once we receive your return order, we will send you an email to let you know that we have got it, and will let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow us 10 days to process your refund.

Printing and production

How do I order a personalised print?

Please see individual listings of personalised prints for guidance on how to order your product.

Will I get to see a proof?

For personalised prints (only), we will send you a lo-res digital proof by email after you place your order, to make sure you’re happy with your artwork before we make your print.

Please make sure you check all details carefully as we cannot accept any responsibility for errors once the proof is approved.

If we don't hear from you after 48 hours of sending your proof, we will have to make your print and send it out to you but we won't be able to accept any responsibility for errors.

What paper do you use?

Prints – we print onto a beautiful, thick 230gsm smooth matte art paper which holds the colour and detail amazingly well and feels great to the touch.

Cards – our greeting cards are printed onto a heavyweight 300gsm fine matte art paper, which gives dense rich colour, fine detailing and feels great in your hands.

All of our papers are FSC certified, which means they are sustainably sourced from carefully managed forests.

What does GSM mean?

GSM is short for grams per square metre. It basically tells you how heavy the paper is - the higher the number, the heavier (or thicker) the paper.

Which inks do you use?

We use professional ‘archival’ quality inks, which deliver exceptional flat colour results and sharp, crisp detail. Plus these inks are more resistant to fading, meaning your print will last for many years to come.

Will the colour of the print match my screen?

We spend a lot of time to make sure our images are as faithful to the real printed colours as possible. While actual print colours may vary from the photographs shown here due to variations in screen colour and quality, we’re confident our prints will look even better in real life!

Which print sizes do you offer?

All of our prints are available in the most common A4, A3 and 12x16 (30 x 40) formats.

Our personalised ranges are also available in smaller sizes.

Please see individual listings for details. Here’s a handy guide to the sizes shown on our website.

Framing

Do you offer framed prints?

We can't offer this as standard yet. But if you would really like us to frame your print for you, then please ask and we’ll be happy to provide you with an additional quote.

Do your prints fit standard frames?

Yes. All of our prints are designed to fit standard frames, available from popular home department stores and online retailers.

Can you give advice on buying a frame?

Yes. If you want advice on where to source a suitable frame, then please feel free to ask.

How do I care for my print?

To keep your print looking at its best, we recommend getting it framed quickly and avoid hanging it in direct sunlight or in high moisture areas.
